Building, water and plant law – Service Unit

Responsible for:

Building authority:

• Enforcement of the Tyrolean Building Code, the Tyrolean Spatial Planning Act, the City and Townscape Protection Act, among others
• Building permit & building notification
• Building law issues

Water rights authority:

• Enforcement of the Water Rights Act
• Water law permit
• Water law issues

Enforcement of various plant-related procedures (which do not fall under the Industrial Code):

• Licenses in accordance with the Tyrolean Electricity Act
• Construction and operating licenses in accordance with the Baths Hygiene Act
• Establishment and operating licenses in accordance with the Pharmacy Act
• Licenses in accordance with the Aviation Act
• Licenses in accordance with the Tyrolean Camping Act
• Measures in accordance with the Tyrolean Elevator and Lifting Systems Act
• Licenses in accordance with the Tyrolean Gas, Heating and Air Conditioning Systems Act
• Permits in accordance with the Tyrolean Heavy Current Routes Act
• Permits in accordance with the Emissions Protection Act for boiler systems
• Determination/exemption from the obligation to connect according to the Tyrolean Sewerage Act 2000
