"prima la musica 2026" State competition
in 2026 , the "prima la musica" regional competition for Tyrol took place from 2 to 10 March in Erl and Ebbs.
Almost 900 young candidates from North, South and East Tyrol registered. Forty-one pupils from the Innsbruck Music School also took part to present their competition programme to an expert jury.

The result was pleasing for the Innsbruck Music School: guitarist Yolanda Diaz Guerrero, a student of Mag. Raúl Ernesto Funes, won 1st prize GOLD in age group IIIplus. With 98.00 points, she is also the category winner. She will take part in the national competition in Eisenstadt, as will Rita Ejiayelia, guitar student of Mag. Raúl Ernesto Funes, who also won 1st prize GOLD with 90.00 points.
