• the Magistratsdirektorin with the office of the Magistratsdirektorin
• the Stadtrechnungshof
• the other employees of the City of Innsbruck. They are hierarchically divided into

Tasks

The City Magistrate is an auxiliary organ or official apparatus of all organs and authorities of the city and is also, in principle, the authority of first instance in administrative proceedings (e.g. issuing building permits).
